The Annieglass Ruffle Medium Oval Tray has a long, narrow profile made for passing and for tight table space. The hand-formed rippled edge is created in the kiln as the architectural glass slumps over a ceramic mold, and the rim is finished by hand in genuine platinum permanently fused into the glass so it stays bright and tarnish-free. Use it for passed hors d'oeuvres, breadsticks, sushi, asparagus and roasted vegetables, a run of desserts, or as a bar tray for garnishes and glassware, and let it double as a vanity or entry tray. Chip-resistant, 100 percent food safe and dishwasher safe with a mild detergent; not recommended for oven or microwave use.
